Elliot played He Died, You Win for Patrick Swayze on Friday. The actor who danced his way into viewers’ hearts in "Dirty Dancing" died Monday after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.

Apologies for not updating with this sooner...

However I did want to acknowledge the recent anniversary of September 11, 2001. No need to explain what happened that day...you remember exactly where you were when you found out. Elliot and The Class were on-air with a band in-studio...

Nevertheless, on Thursday Elliot continued his tradition of honoring the people who lost their lives that day with a moment of silence at the exact time each plane crashed...

At 8:46 AM, American Airlines Flight 11, with 92 people on board, crashed into 1 World Trade Center (the North Tower).

At 9:03 AM, United Airlines Flight 175, with 65 people on board, crashed into 2 World Trade Center (the South Tower).

At 9:37 AM, American Airlines Flight 77, with 64 people aboard, crashed into the Pentagon.

At 10:03 AM, United Airlines Flight 93, with 44 people aboard, crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after the passengers attempted to overpower the hijackers.

Elliot City lasted from Saturday through Monday just outside of Merriweather Post Pavilion for the Virgin Mobile FreeFest...



Beer, lots of vomit and funny nicknames made Elliot City a hit! However, there were a few changes in plans: the original campside concert with Jet was moved inside due to the weather and Elliot City did not get to meet Blink-182 due to the sudden death of DJ AM...
