This morning we learned that former WTTG-Fox 5 meteorologist Tom Sater has found a new job outside the world of meteorology...
Yep! According to several callers, Tom is now the assistant manager at Tractor Supply Co in Warrenton, VA.
So the next time you're near by, stop in and say hello...and don't forget to ask Tom about the weather!

If this is true, it isn't surprising. Broadcasting is a crappy business. I've known broadcasters who ended up working at 7-11s. I'm sure at some point in his career Elliot will be serving Slurpees as well.
Dang! I looked up job listings for assistant managers at Tractor Supply and it looks like they pay between $20K and $40K. You can't tell me Sater is happy going from $90K+ (or whatever) at Fox 5 to that kind of crappy pay.
Doubt the guy is banging many Holly Morris look-alikes as an assistant manager of Tractor Supply.

Did you know that Tom Sater is married to Gurvir Dhinsa who is on the morning news with Holly Morrison and they got married because Gurvir is three months pregnant with his twins??? Interesting dont you think?
That is something Anon (aka Tom Sater). That's the gal Tom Sater was boning while married to Holly, right? The one that prompted Sater being fired from Fox 5 and the subsequent divorce, right?
How is that commute to the $35K job in Warrenton working out? With gas prices the way they are, I doubt Sater is bringing anything home after he pays for gas.
at least one anonymous is not tom. it is someone who knows him very well and wishes the best for him with his family. He is a FABULOUS person who happened to have a trouoblesome period. What? You're all perfect? His ex wife Holly is a doll too. Sadness broke them in half. They both seem very happy and that is what matters. Maybe if you were all openminded and happier you wouldn't come off so damn dumb.
Well, I'm done commenting on Tom. From what I have seen on TV, he seems like a nice enough guy. But I have known many broadcasters over the years and this seems to be the typical MO for a lot of them. Broken marriages, dead-end jobs, etc. I think the industry just attracts a certain personality type. I know one thing. When you make a mistake in the industry, it is incredibly unforgiving.

Holly is very happy these days and I salute her. How hard can it be to be in the same station working with & watching your colleague be with your ex husband and now walking around the station sporting his wedding ring and pregnant with his kids. Holly is the classy one in all of this and she will come out the winner. She is such a great woman who deserves to have the happiness she has gained with a wonderful new man.

Who ever leaves comments on here which are attacting Tom or his wife, They need to grow up and get a life of their own. He's moved on with his life and is do better then ever. Which I think he's made the better choice. Tom and Gurvir are one of the nicest people you will ever meet. So leave them alone and if you are bad talking them... It's probably becasue your jealous. Plus money isn't everything. So don't go arouond saying he's not happy with he's job because of money. Like I said get the facts before you run your month. Oh yeah here's some facts TSC closes at 8pm not 7pm. GROW UP!!!

If indeed Gurvir and Tom were fooling around while he was with Holly, then that really sucks. And if she got pregnant, then we can somewhat assume they weren't using birth control. Which unless they wanted kids, is stupid. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for both Gurvir and Holly to be working at the same station.
i can't imagine seeing or having to work with the other woman. it would drive me nuts and to know they are having kids. damn it would be easier to just slap holly in the face wouldn't it. at least he has a sugar momma now. didn't he get fired for his constant drug use?
Gurvir called into the station this morning and they showed pictures of her and the babies. And the anchors didn't mention anything about her husband at all. I'm sure they were told not to.
they were probably told not to tell out of respect for holly. i sure hope hes stopped all the drug use. i know from a friend of a friend that it was getting really bad there for awhile. i wish them good luck.
